This role supports the origination, execution, and portfolio management of syndicated loan transactions for corporate, commercial real estate and sponsor-backed clients. The analyst works closely with Relationship Managers, Syndications Originators, Credit, Portfolio Management, and Capital Markets teams to structure, underwrite, market, and close syndicated credit facilities. This role requires strong financial analysis, credit underwriting, market knowledge, and project management skills. Responsibilities
Transaction Execution * Support the structuring and execution of syndicated loan transactions, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and refinancings. * Assist in the preparation of information memoranda, lender presentations and any other marketing materials. * Coordinate due diligence activities and manage transaction timelines to support successful deal execution. * Work with legal counsel, agents, participating lenders, and internal stakeholders throughout the documentation and closing process. * Review commitment papers, term sheets, and credit agreements to ensure consistency with approved transaction structures.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. (Required) Experience3 or more years commercial banking, corporate banking, leveraged finance, credit analysis, portfolio management. (Required) 2 or more years loan syndications; underwriting and syndicating middle-market or large corporate credit transactions. (Preferred) CertificationsSeries 7, 63 and 79.
