We're looking for a Brand Manager who can bridge brand strategy, project management, and hands-on analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing cross-functional projects while diving into syndicated data to understand what is driving business performance.

You'll help own the day-to-day execution of brand plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, and serve as a key analytics resource for monthly business reviews and ad-hoc commercial requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Annual Brand Plans: Support the development and execution of annual marketing programs, including packaging updates, promotions, media campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Keep Projects Moving: Lead cross-functional partners across Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute key initiatives, maintain timelines, and prepare materials for leadership approvals.
  • Run Brand Performance Reviews: Pull, analyze, and report on monthly market share, volume, and shipment data. Identify performance drivers, flag risks, and surface opportunities for leadership.
  • Support Commercial & Retail Planning: Partner with Sales and Commercial Planning teams to ensure brand initiatives are effectively executed across retail channels.
  • Be the Data Subject Matter Expert: Utilize Circana (IRI) POS and household panel data to answer day-to-day business questions. Build clean, reusable reporting templates and ensure consistent metrics across reporting.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Management, or Marketing Analytics within CPG; beverage experience is a major plus.
  • Hands-on experience with syndicated POS and household panel data; Circana/IRI Unify required, with Nielsen experience also welcome.
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to use data to test hypotheses, identify insights, and tell a clear business story.
  • Strong project management skills with experience keeping cross-functional teams aligned and initiatives on track.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently present data, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred but not required.
