What You'll Do



  • Execute daily operational workflows, including precise data entry, meticulous recordkeeping, and thorough review and validation processes.
  • Monitor and track daily activities and key metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of operational workflows to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Undertake various essential business operational tasks as directed by senior leadership.


What You'll Bring



  • Proven experience in data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various operational tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively take direction and work within established guidelines.
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
