Hexcel is currently seeking an International Tax Manager for our Stamford, CT, USA location. This position reports to the Director of International Tax and offers the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of international tax activities, including tax provision, compliance, transfer pricing, audit defense, and planning. The International Tax Manager will monitor changes in U.S. and international tax laws, assess their potential impact on Hexcel, and help identify opportunities while proactively managing future tax exposures. The successful candidate will combine strong international tax technical knowledge with a collaborative, team-oriented working style, the ability to independently manage priorities, and a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset. Eligible candidates must be a: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, person lawfully admitted for permanent residence, temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, person admitted in refugee status, or person granted asylum.
