The Events Team shapes client, prospect, and employee experiences through the strategic planning and execution of SEI-sponsored marketing events, conferences, investment seminars, client entertainment, and internal programs. The team is advancing a data-informed model that evaluates the attendee journey, translates insights into recommendations, and connects event execution to business outcomes. The OpportunityThe Meeting & Event Planner is a hands-on project leader within SEI Global Marketing's Events Team. This role partners with business stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and external vendors to deliver thoughtful, well-executed experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. The planner owns assigned programs from initial brief through post-event follow-up, balancing creative experience design with operational discipline, budget stewardship, risk awareness, and measurable results. This is an on-site position based in Oaks, Pennsylvania. The role may require travel of up to 25%, as well as schedule flexibility based on event needs.
