Overview
This position will require onsite presence at our facility in Irving, TX. The End User Computing Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the End User Computing team. This role oversees team performance, scheduling, goals and objectives, customer and internal device inventory, peripherals, and service delivery expectations. The Supervisor serves as a key point of contact for customer relationship management and works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure end users receive reliable, timely, and professional technology support.

Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and support a team responsible for end user computing services, desktop support, device readiness, and customer-facing technical assistance.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor team goals, objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage, responsiveness, and alignment with business needs.
- Manage customer and internal device inventory, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, accessories, and related equipment.
- Support hardware lifecycle activities, including deployment, tracking, return, replacement, and reuse of end user technology assets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by communicating professionally, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely follow-up on service needs.
- Serve as an escalation point for end user support issues and help remove barriers to resolution.
- Promote consistent processes, documentation, and accountability across the End User Computing team.
- Partner with IT leadership, procurement, operations, and customer stakeholders to support onboarding, equipment planning, and ongoing technology needs.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, security standards, asset management processes, and service quality expectations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a technical support or end user computing team.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint/device management platforms.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, user account support, group membership basics, and access troubleshooting.
- Understanding of desktop hardware, laptops, peripherals, printers, and common end user technology support needs.
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including connectivity, IP addressing concepts, Wi-Fi, VPN, and troubleshooting methods.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, track follow-up items, and drive issues to closure.
- Ability to document procedures, maintain accurate inventory records, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Professional judgment, accountability, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is helpful but not required.
- Experience supporting endpoint management, device deployment, onboarding, or technology asset lifecycle processes.
- Experience working in a service desk, desktop support, field support, or enterprise IT operations environment.
- Experience developing team schedules, service metrics, process documentation, or standard operating procedures.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar credentials are a plus.
