About the opportunity At QIAGEN, you will lead the global Medical Affairs strategy for our Oncology Precision Diagnostics portfolio, driving scientific excellence and enabling the adoption of precision medicine solutions that improve patient outcomes. As a senior leader, you will shape medical strategy at the intersection of oncology diagnostics, biomarker-driven therapies, and pharmaceutical partnerships. This role requires solid medical or scientific background with exceptional expertise in oncology, including a deep understanding of the evolving precision medicine landscape, companion diagnostics, biomarker strategies, and clinical decision-making in cancer care. You will serve as a key medical leader engaging with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies throughout the drug development lifecycle, from clinical development through commercialization. Working across a highly matrixed global organization, you will influence strategic direction, foster innovation, and build strong external relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare institutions, academic partners, and industry stakeholders.
