For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develop and manage the processes and controls that enable business flow.

Your Impact

The AWM Alternative Private Operations team is seeking a professional to support Post Close Operations across Asset & Wealth Management's private alternatives platform. The role will support daily operational activities across private market products, including transaction support, data integrity, reconciliation, issue resolution, stakeholder coordination, and control-focused execution.

Our Impact

AWM Alternative Private Operations members are subject matter experts within Operations. The teams sit directly with the desk and support multiple asset types, including Corporate Credit, Corporate Equity, Growth Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate Equity and Real Estate Credit.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential

  • Support accurate and timely execution of day-to-day post-close operational activities across private market products.
  • Assist with transaction processing, position maintenance, data updates, and related operational workflows.
  • Perform reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and help drive open items to resolution through clear follow-up and escalation.
  • Support valuation, cash, reporting, and lifecycle-event processes by ensuring operational inputs are complete, accurate, and well controlled.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Portfolio Management, Fund Accounting, and other teams to resolve questions and support business flow.
  • Maintain strong risk and control discipline through timely execution, documentation, evidence retention, and procedure adherence.
  • Contribute to process improvement, workflow standardization, automation, and team-building initiatives as the operating model continues to evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with a strong academic record.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, operations, fund administration, or financial services preferred.
  • Foundational understanding of financial products, operational processes, reconciliations, and controls is helpful.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Interest in learning private markets, asset management operations, and front-to-back transaction lifecycle processes.
