Job Type: Full-Time Work Hours: Monday-Friday, with a flexible start time between 7:00-9:00 AM and an end time of 4:30 PM, depending on the selected start time. Summary/ Objective: The Pricing Administrator plays a pivotal support role within the Corporate Pricing team, responsible for maintaining pricing accuracy, implementing and renewing pricing agreements, and assisting with cost and pricing discrepancies. This position ensures the integrity and consistency of pricing data that supports daily business operations and margin protection. Working closely with Pricing, Sales, and Purchasing, the Pricing Administrator helps uphold pricing discipline while building foundational knowledge of pricing processes, systems, and business drivers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop core pricing and analytical skills within a growing, data-driven organization. Essential Functions:
Create, extend, and maintain Special Price Agreements (SPAs) and Blanket Price Agreements in accordance with established pricing guidelines and approval processes.
Perform day-to-day updates, corrections, and validations of pricing and cost data using daily and weekly reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Monitor pricing data for inconsistencies or discrepancies and correct routine issues or escalate more complex items to the appropriate team members.
Research and resolve routine pricing or cost discrepancies raised by Sales, Purchasing, and Pricing, escalating when necessary.
Respond to routine pricing inquiries and provide administrative support for minor pricing issues.
Support the vendor rebate claim process through data gathering, validation, and documentation.
Assist with data preparation for pricing reviews and reporting.
Support pricing system and process improvement initiatives, including data imports/exports, automation efforts, and process streamlining.
Participate in testing and validation of pricing or cost system enhancements and new functionality.
Provide administrative and project support for new and ongoing initiatives within the Corporate Pricing team.
Document workflows, pricing procedures, and best practices to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
Participate in relevant internal and external training to strengthen pricing knowledge and system proficiency.

Competencies: Technical & Analytical Capability
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and standard formulas.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (Eclipse preferred), pricing tools, PIM platforms, data import/export processes, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Planner/Projects a plus.
Exposure to business intelligence or analytics platforms is a plus.
High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with large data sets.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills within established processes and guidelines.

Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in pricing, pricing operations, supply chain, distribution, customer service, or similar analytical/administrative roles preferred (internships and co-op experience considered).
Experience working with ERP systems, pricing tools, or data management processes is a plus.
Experience in wholesale or distribution environments is preferred but not required.
