Your Job

Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our Global Sales and Marketing organization in Lisle, IL for Summer 2027. In this position, you will support initiatives that improve business processes, drive adoption of new systems and tools, and help ensure our global sales organization is operating efficiently. This role offers hands-on experience working at the intersection of business operations, technology, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Interns will spend their summer gaining hands-on experience, enjoying a variety of networking events to promote lasting career connections, partnering with interns from other disciplines on case studies, and participating in our Innovation Challenge. These are just a few key aspects of our internship program.

  • Conduct internal and external research to identify opportunities for process and system optimization.
  • Assist in developing adoption strategies and change management frameworks for new systems and system enhancements.
  • Help establish metrics and reporting methods to measure the effectiveness and business value of new tools and processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to business partners and leadership.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Available to work full-time throughout the 12-week Summer 2027 internship.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in Information Systems, business technology, or process improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to present to groups.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

For this role, we anticipate paying $25 per hour.
