What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related Engineering field. 3-5 years of experience in field service or rail systems maintenance. Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and familiarity with rail industry standards. Strong understanding of safety protocols, asset management, and technical documentation. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills suited for professional and team management roles.
