Location: 800 Philadelphia Street Indiana, PA 15701 or 358 N Shore Dr Pittsburgh, PA 15212 Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: Responsible for performing various critical governance, legal and administrative duties to support Board of Directors, General Counsel, Legal Department and the Office of the Corporate Secretary. This position is responsible for coordinating Board and Committee activities, maintaining corporate records, supporting governance compliance, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and managing legal process matters. Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Four-year degree in a discipline that emphasizes research and written communication is preferred but not required. A paralegal certificate preferred but not required. Experience: Requires three to five years of general business experience with preference given to experience in legal and/or Board administration. Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device, electronic equipment and office equipment, all of these at 75% of the day. Required travel for various required on-site meetings. Requires the use of manual dexterity skills for typing and data entry for a period of up to 60% of the business day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18"-20" for computer work. Must be able to lift, move, and/or carry up to 20lbs.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
