This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: a Go-to-Market Engineer to own the optimization and automation of our outbound pipeline generation engine and inbound lead optimization. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations-responsible for building the technical infrastructure, tooling, and processes that drive sustainable increases in outbound pipeline. As the technical architect for our outbound motion, you will build automated workflows, orchestrate data flows, and align sales strategy with scalable technical systems. Centralizing optimization across 55 XDRs, you will maximize tech stack ROI (Pocus, Clay, n8n, SEPs), accelerate pipeline growth, and bridge cross-functional silos to drive sustainable company growth. In your first 90 days, you will audit the GTM stack, ship 2-3 sales plays, align marketing cover with account scoring, and set baseline reporting. Over your first year, you will increase meeting set rates (from 1.48% to 2%+), generate $10M+ in incremental pipeline, reduce rep workload, and advance our modern GTM execution. If you are hired in Colorado or California, the compensation range for this position is between $145,000 and $225,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
