Job Summary:

The OnBase Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting case management solutions using OnBase WorkView and integrations with external systems. The position collaborates with internal teams and clients to deliver applications supporting high-impact programs and provides technical expertise across solution development, automation, maintenance, documentation, training, and support. This is a fully remote role.

Job Duties:

  • Designs, configures, and maintains case management systems using OnBase WorkView
  • Develops custom integrations and automation solutions using C# or similar languages, including Java, Python, or Node.js
  • Configures OnBase components, including document types, keywords, queries, reports, forms, and import processes
  • Writes and optimizes SQL Server queries to support reporting and integrations
  • Troubleshoots technical issues and performs OnBase upgrades and maintenance
  • Collaborates in an Agile environment to iterate on requirements and solutions
  • Creates documentation and provides user training and technical support
  • Supports collaboration across multiple time zones and later-day project windows, as business needs require
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, project management, accounting, business, preferred

Experience:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience developing OnBase solutions, with a strong focus on WorkView and Workflow, required
  • Experience in a senior development or lead role with ownership of solution design, required
  • Experience delivering enterprise case management solutions, preferred
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs, preferred
  • Experience with OnBase system upgrades in production environments, preferred
  • Experience working on Agile development teams with frequent iteration and client engagement, preferred

Certifications/Licensure:

  • OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) or OnBase Certified Installer (OCI), preferred
  • OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) or OnBase Certified Workflow Engineer (OCWE), preferred
  • OnBase WorkView or API certification, preferred

Software:

  • Strong proficiency in OnBase WorkView and Workflow, required
  • Proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or Node.js, required
  • Strong proficiency in SQL Server and writing optimized queries, preferred

Language:

  • N/A
