What you'll be doing...

You'll be supporting our global selection strategies through operational execution, candidate support, and project assistance in the administration of selection solutions, assessment and interview platforms, job analyses, and legal compliance practices. You'll play a key role in keeping our assessment operations running smoothly while partnering closely with Senior Managers to fuel enterprise growth by bringing onboard top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Operations & Platform Administration: Manage daily operations and configurations for assessment and digital interviewing platforms, including job mappings, system tracking, and routine vendor support.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for assessment-related inquiries, systematically resolving technical support issues for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • Project & Research Support: Assist Senior Managers on large-scale selection initiatives, including supporting job analyses, coordinating focus groups, collecting survey data, and drafting initial interview guide templates.

  • Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate daily administrative workflows, optimize candidate support intake, and streamline recruiter processes.

  • Compliance & Auditing Support: Conduct routine audits of assessment usage, data logs, and interview documentation to ensure adherence to company standards, OFCCP, and legal guidelines.

  • Enablement & Training: Develop and maintain end-user documentation, job aides, and FAQs, helping train talent acquisition partners and hiring managers on proper platform usage.

This position can be located in other valid Verizon locations.

What we're looking for...

You bring a practical, process-oriented mindset and excel in detail-driven, fast-paced environments. A tech-savvy problem solver, you enjoy managing competing support priorities and communicating technical information clearly to end-users. You build trust through reliable execution, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering seamless operational support.

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant experience in selection assessment support, talent management, or HR operations.

  • Experience troubleshooting system/platform issues and managing customer or end-user support requests.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree, internship and/or coursework in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

  • Familiarity with employment testing concepts and selection tools.

  • Experience with SIOP, APA Standards, Uniform Guidelines, OFCCP.

  • Experience supporting enterprise HR systems (e.g., Workday) or pre-hire assessment tools.

  • Experience interacting with and managing vendors.

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations on relevant topics.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite (specifically Google Sheets and Slides).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, resourcefulness, and time-management skills.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $78,500.00 - $150,000.00.
