Position Summary

The Digital and IT Analyst will support enterprise data platforms, business systems integrations, and analytics enablement across on-premises and cloud environments. This role is responsible for designing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing SQL-based data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, SSIS/DTSX packages, APIs, and data integrations that support critical business applications and reporting needs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on SQL database expert with strong experience supporting application development teams, understanding how source systems generate and consume data, and enabling business analytics through reliable, scalable, and well-governed data solutions.

Qualifications



  • -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

  • -Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server development and administration support.

  • -Strong experience developing and maintaining SSIS packages and DTSX files.

  • -Advanced SQL skills: including: stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning, data modeling.

  • -Experience supporting application teams by analyzing database structures, data flows, code dependencies, and enhancement requirements.

  • -Ability to troubleshoot production data issues and support time-sensitive business processes.

  • -Strong understanding of relational database design, data quality, data transformation, and reporting data structures.

  • -Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to IT teams, business analysts, and non-technical stakeholders.
