6:00pm-6:00am, Monday-Friday



Pay range:



$24.60/hr + $1.75 Shift Differential

What You'll Do:

As a Laboratory Technician, you will:



  • Perform product quality testing using laboratory equipment and instruments
  • Monitor production lines and help ensure products meet established standards
  • Conduct analyses on raw materials, syrups, water systems, and finished products
  • Assist with troubleshooting and documenting quality-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and test results
  • Support sanitation and food safety initiatives throughout the facility
  • Monitor and maintain water treatment and RO systems
  • Prepare and blend ingredients according to established formulas
  • Assist with inventory activities and unloading raw materials
  • Work safely while following all food safety, GMP, quality, and company standards

What You'll Bring:

We're seeking someone who:



  • Is at least 18 years old
  • Has two years of related experience or an Associate Degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related field
  • Enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Communicates effectively and takes pride in producing quality work
  • Has experience with laboratory equipment such as HPLC, pH meters, balances, or similar technology (preferred but not required)
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Climbing ladders and stairs
  • Working in a manufacturing environment while following all safety procedures and using required personal protective equipment
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
  • Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
