Job Summary:
The Multicultural Center Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the Wisconsin School of Business Multicultural Center, including student engagement initiatives, partnership development, staff supervision, resource management, and program assessment. As part of the integrated Multicultural Center, Business Emerging Leaders (BEL), and Precollege Programs portfolio, the Manager also coordinates cross-unit initiatives and operational priorities that advance student success, strengthen program effectiveness, and support strategic goals across the portfolio. The position works closely with the Director to implement unit priorities and advance the mission of the Multicultural Center. Key Job Responsibilities 25% Manages student success programs and services
20% Oversees Multicultural Center operations and resources
15% Supervises graduate staff and student employees
15% Manages budgets and administrative functions
10% Leads assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement activities
10% Develops and maintains stakeholder partnerships
5% Supports school-wide student success initiatives
Wisconsin School of Business, Undergraduate Program Office Compensation:The minimum salary for the position is $58,500. Actual starting salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
