SUMMARY



Responsible for providing operational and strategic support to enablement teams by coordinating business development initiatives, implementing growth strategies, and supporting activities that drive the success and productivity of existing agents and agencies.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Supports Enablement Consultants and enablement leadership in the execution of business development strategies designed to increase the productivity and growth of existing agents and agencies.



Coordinates enablement activities, communications, webinars, training sessions, events, and campaigns to engage and support existing agents and agencies.



Assists with identifying business development opportunities through analysis of production trends, market data, carrier initiatives, and agency performance.



Maintains CRM systems, agent records, and business development tracking tools to ensure accurate reporting and timely follow-up.



Partners with internal teams including Contracting, Licensing, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to support agent and agency business needs.



Serves as a liaison between enablement teams and operational support teams to resolve issues related to contracting, commissions, technology platforms, carrier processes, and business operations.



Develops and distributes business development communications, newsletters, carrier updates, promotional materials, training resources, and educational content.



Supports implementation of enablement initiatives by coordinating timelines, communications, training logistics, and follow-up activities.



Identifies opportunities to improve enablement processes, operational efficiencies, and the overall agent experience while providing recommendations for continuous improvement.



Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.



Performs other duties as assigned.




QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE



High School Diploma or GED



Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field



Three (3) or more years experience in Medicare sales, insurance marketing, account management, sales support, business development, or relationship management.



Demonstrated success supporting business development initiatives that improve agent and agency performance, productivity, and growth.



Life/Health Insurance license




SKILLS



Knowledge of sales enablement, account management, sales support operations, and relationship management practices.



Understanding of Medicare products, carrier processes, agency operations, and business development strategies.



Knowledge of CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.



Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple departments.



Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret production metrics, identify trends, and recommend business development opportunities.



Ability to execute business development strategies and coordinate multiple enablement initiatives simultaneously.



Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with enablement teams, internal stakeholders, carrier partners, and existing agents and agencies.



Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.



Ability to adapt to changing business priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service.



Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.
