Job Description

Data plays an increasingly critical role in how we operate, manage risk, support trading decisions, optimize financial performance, and drive business growth. As we continue to modernize our analytics and data capabilities, we re looking for a collaborative and hands-on data leader who can help transform complex business data into trusted, actionable insights.

In this role, you ll work at the intersection of business, data, and technology, helping shape scalable analytics solutions that enable smarter decision-making across the organization. You ll partner with stakeholders across Trading, Finance, Operations, and Technology while contributing to the evolution of our modern data platform, analytics architecture, and data product strategy.

This is an opportunity to solve complex data challenges, influence enterprise-wide initiatives, and play a meaningful role in building the foundation for the organization s future analytics capabilities.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, data management, or related technology roles.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics solutions and data products.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including conceptual, logical, and physical data design.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and data solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Commodity Trading, Financial Services, or other highly data-intensive industries.
  • Experience working with Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, and modern cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with Data Products, Data Mesh, modern analytics operating models, or enterprise data transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with trading systems, market operations, financial reporting, and risk-related business processes.
  • Experience with data governance, metadata management, and enterprise data quality programs.
  • Experience working within Agile product and delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering across business and technical teams to deliver impactful data and analytics solutions.
Additional Information

Level: Manager

Compensation: Depending on experience - Range of 130,000 - 160,000 USD
