Job summary

The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle and partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to support corporate and technology-focused hiring within a large enterprise organization. This role acts as a recruiting advisor, providing guidance on sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, market conditions, interviewing, and selection.

Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial hiring-manager intake through sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and candidate close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and recruiting priorities.
  • Recruit professional, technical, corporate, and leadership-level talent.
  • Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, competencies, and overall position fit.
  • Develop sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Provide hiring managers with guidance regarding candidate availability, market conditions, interviewing techniques, and recruiting strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain communication throughout the recruiting process.
  • Manage candidate and hiring-manager feedback to maintain an efficient hiring process.
  • Utilize recruiting data and market intelligence to support hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to meet staffing objectives.
  • Maintain accurate information within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure recruiting activity follows established compliance and talent acquisition processes.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment.
  • An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting leadership-level positions and supporting senior-level hiring managers or executives.
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a recruiting consultant or advisor to hiring managers.
  • Experience utilizing multiple sourcing channels to identify hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong communication, candidate assessment, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.


Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week.

9/80 schedule - employees work nine-hour days with every other Friday off. Exact daily start/end times and Friday rotation will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
