Position Summary Supports supplier quality activities in alignment with the Parker Quality Process (PQP) to ensure supplier products, services, and processes meet Parker quality standards and customer expectations. Supports supplier performance management, selection, evaluation, readiness, and process capability activities for new components, processes, assemblies, or purchased finished goods. Scope/ Supervision and Interaction: Reports directly to the Supplier Quality Manager. Collaborates with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Product Management, as well as suppliers and customers. May provide work direction, guidance, training, and technical support to Supplier Quality Technicians and/or Co-Ops, as assigned. Responsibilities * Support supplier evaluation, qualification, selection, and ongoing performance monitoring through supplier assessments, quality system reviews, and process audits. Qualifications * BS degree in Engineering field or related technical discipline and/or ASQ certification as Quality Engineer or equivalent certification Closing Statement The essential functions have been provided as example of the type of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification.
