New York Institute of Technology seeks an Associate Bursar to support the administration and collection of student accounts, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This position is responsible for reviewing student tuition and fee accounts, communicating with students regarding outstanding balances and payment obligations, and implementing strategies to reduce delinquency, financial risk, and institutional liability. The Associate Bursar provides comprehensive customer service and account support to students at the Old Westbury location, including students affiliated with New York Tech, NYITCOM, and Global campuses. The position works closely with campus partners to ensure student accounts are accurate, payments and financial aid are properly applied, and account issues are resolved in a timely manner. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide professional, responsive, and solution-oriented customer service to students regarding billing, payments, account balances, and financial obligations.
