About the Role

Are you a visionary UX Operations Specialist ready to elevate user experience to new heights? We are seeking a proactive and influential individual to orchestrate seamless operations within our UX teams. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for UX excellence, transforming complex challenges into efficient processes, and ensuring that user insights are at the heart of every product decision. You will empower teams, foster collaboration, and champion a user-first approach, making a tangible difference in how our products are conceived, developed, and delivered.

What You'll Do



  • Identify and champion opportunities for UX excellence, driving initiatives that enhance the overall user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of programs designed to achieve product goals, deepen user insights, and improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategic planning processes in collaboration with cross-functional partners, focusing on user needs and team dependencies.
  • Drive analytical efforts for large-scale, cross-functional projects, translating data into actionable insights that significantly impact business outcomes.
  • Create compelling business cases and engage stakeholders to champion continuous improvements and optimizations.
  • Design and implement measurable, scalable, and repeatable processes and tools that facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration and handoffs.
  • Contribute to the definition, integration, and reporting of key UX metrics, establishing baselines, tracking progress, and driving alignment across teams.
  • Build robust systems to capture, track, and report UX impact metrics, leveraging data to identify gaps and opportunities that influence program plans.
  • Navigate complex data landscapes, integrating diverse data sources to build a comprehensive picture of user behavior and product performance.
  • Foster strong collaboration across UX teams, independently managing large working groups and transforming complexity into efficient, organized workflows.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with stakeholders and partner teams, understanding their objectives and ensuring successful goal attainment through strategic prioritization and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels, challenging assumptions appropriately and delivering impactful narratives and analyses to diverse audiences.
  • Oversee project deliverables through implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes and conducting retrospectives for continuous improvement.


Minimum Qualifications



  • Proficiency in risk management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in UX Program, Project, or Operations management.
  • Proven ability to manage meetings effectively and drive productive discussions.
  • Experience with situational leadership, adapting approaches to various contexts.
  • Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Solid UX business acumen, understanding the strategic value of UX.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and synthesis specifically for UX.
  • Robust industry knowledge relevant to UX and product development.
  • A commitment to product excellence and user-centered design principles.
