Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and orchestrate budget and forecasting activities, ensuring financial health and strategic resource allocation for a critical operational group.
  • Drive the day-to-day rhythm of business (ROB) work, maintaining operational cadence and efficiency across diverse teams.
  • Develop and execute high-impact executive and internal communications, including preparing for town halls, drafting engaging posts for public platforms, and crafting internal/all-company emails.
  • Oversee comprehensive reporting, providing insights that inform strategic decisions and track progress against key objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust communication channels across various business units and from project teams to the wider organization.
  • Manage the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and critical business metrics, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements, ensuring compliance and optimal financial outcomes.
  • Set up and manage project and work breakdown structures, facilitating organized and efficient project execution.
  • Develop and document streamlined business processes to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures diligently, monitoring transaction controls and costs against established budgets.
  • Proactively identify potential budget overruns and develop innovative solutions to mitigate financial risks.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective communication services across diverse business units.
  • Strong command of budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and cost control principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to predict potential budget overruns and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical principles to business operations.
  • Adept at analyzing business trends and projecting future revenues and expenses.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience in a Business Management or Chief of Staff-type role.
  • Rhythm of Business (ROB) management experience at the executive level.
  • Direct support experience for a senior executive.
  • Strong budget management experience, including sophisticated forecasting and variance reporting.
  • Exceptional internal and executive communication skills, with a track record of impactful messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and effectively manage stakeholders across a large organization.
  • Experience with Enterprise Applications.
