A leading global retail and lifestyle brand is looking for a highly organized, operationally driven Project Manager to support creative and marketing execution in a fast paced environment. This role is the operational anchor for the Marketing and Creative teams, owning all sub timelines and making sure pre season and in season work lands on time and on brand. The ideal candidate brings sharp attention to detail and a real passion for the operational side of creative work.

This is a contract role covering a leave of absence. Equipment is provided.

Key Responsibilities



  • Serve as the operational anchor across marketing and creative projects, driving consistency and efficiency
  • Run weekly status meetings with the Marketing team to keep everyone pacing to milestones, deck updates, and prep work
  • Provide regular project updates and flag risks early
  • Proactively identify scheduling risks and adjust timelines to protect key business milestones
  • Keep creative, production, fashion office, and marketing calendars aligned
  • Assign, track, and follow up on deliverables across Marketing teams
  • Maintain project management tools with clear priorities, dependencies, and real time status


Qualifications



  • 3+ years in project management, fashion production, or creative operations
  • Hands on experience with project management platforms such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or Figma
  • Exceptional organizational and calendar management skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills, with proven success partnering across a high volume of cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong relationship building skills


Preferred Experience



  • Background in fashion, apparel, or luxury brands
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, campaign, and creative production
