Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for live events and creating exceptional experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our team, ensuring seamless execution of VIP experiences and ticket operations. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering unforgettable moments for our most valued clients, partners, and investors, directly contributing to brand loyalty and revenue growth. Your meticulous approach and proactive support will be the backbone of our success in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

What You'll Do



  • Support ticket request intake, tracking, documentation, stakeholder correspondence, and routine reporting for ticket operations.
  • Assist with digital ticket transfers, manifests, seating charts, credential lists, inventory updates, guest lists, and distribution records.
  • Help fulfill ticket needs for sports, VIP programs, employee requests, client requests, partner obligations, and special events with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain organized tracking documents, event files, distribution lists, fulfillment records, and other operational materials.
  • Provide support for ticketing platforms, internal request processes, guest communications, and user troubleshooting as directed.
  • Assist with event preparation, including compiling guest information, confirming ticket allocations, updating event documents, and coordinating with internal partners.
  • Provide on-site and post-event support, including check-in assistance, issue escalation, reconciliation, event file closeout, and summary reporting.
  • Partner professionally with internal teams, external vendors, venues, leagues, agencies, and business stakeholders to support a high standard of service.


What You'll Bring



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ticketing operations, or a related field.
  • Strong administrative accuracy, follow-through, organizational discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced live-event environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Comfort working with ticketing systems, inventory trackers, request forms, databases, or similar operational platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across internal teams, partners, venues, leagues, vendors, and agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, travel, or on-site event coverage as leadership deems necessary.
