About the Role: Outbound Telesales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you won't just be selling; you'll be a key player in operational excellence initiatives, directly contributing to service delivery, process improvement efforts, and cross-functional program execution. Key Responsibilities



  • Recommend products to customers, based on their unique needs and interests.
  • Proactively contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates accurately.
  • Provide customers with essential product samples and catalogs.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Identify prospective customers through various channels, including business directories, existing client referrals, and industry events.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales or operational support role.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Solid knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Prior technology sales experience.
  • Strong operational experience, contributing to seamless service delivery.
  • Experience with pipeline management and quote management activities.
  • Track record of working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a highly structured, process-oriented mindset.
