What You Will Experience In This Role:

CAMP Aircraft Health Management (AHM) is looking for an organized, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing team, projects, and day-to-day work running smoothly. This role is the connective tissue of the marketing team: you will help coordinate work across the team, keep projects and calendars on track, support our social presence, and pitch in on light writing and marketing projects as they come up, including customer interactions. It is a strong fit for someone early in their marketing career who is exceptionally organized, communicates clearly, and likes owning the details that make everything else work.

Responsibilities:

Team and Project Coordination

  • Keep the team's projects, calendars, and assets organized and on schedule.
  • Coordinate across the team and with vendors, designers, and internal stakeholders to keep work moving forward.
  • Support marketing projects across the team, from kickoff through wrap-up.
  • Maintain marketing files, naming conventions, and basic reporting.

Social Media

  • Schedule and publish posts across social channels and help maintain the content calendar.
  • Draft posts and gather visuals that fit the AHM brand voice.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and flag items that need the wider team.

Light Writing and Content Creation

  • Draft and edit short form copy: social posts, email snippets, event descriptions, and web updates.
  • Proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the content style guide.
  • Provide light support on blogs, newsletters, and other content creation as needed.

Sales Team and Event Support

  • Coordinate logistics for sales teams attending conferences and customer events.
  • Manage customer calendars, deadlines, and details from planning through wrap-up.
  • Prepare collateral, signage, and giveaways in partnership with OEMs and field reps.

You Have:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a coordinator or administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Clear, professional writing and proofreading ability.
  • Comfort with social platforms, especially LinkedIn, and common marketing tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines calmly, with occasional travel for events.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in software or other technical B2B industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and social scheduling platforms preferred.
