Posting Type Remote/Hybrid Job Overview We're looking for a Senior Specialist, Partner Marketing Campaigns & Events to help drive the execution of partner marketing campaigns, programs, and events that strengthen partner engagement and support business growth.This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys bringing campaigns and events to life, collaborating across teams, and creating meaningful experiences for partners through field marketing activities, industry events, meaningful content, and digital campaigns. You will play a key role in executing multi-partner marketing initiatives, managing partner participation in Relativity and industry events, and supporting marketing programs from planning through execution and measurement. You will also help guide campaign performance reporting and provide recommendations to improve future programs and partner engagement. This role combines campaign execution, event marketing, communications, and program management, making it an excellent opportunity for someone interested in growing their expertise in partner marketing. Over time, this role is designed to provide increasing exposure to partner strategy and relationship management, creating a path toward a more partner-facing partner marketing role as experience, confidence, and impact expand. What We're Looking For
Location This position can be remote for candidates located outside the Chicago area. Candidates based in the Chicago area are expected to work from the Chicago office at least two days per week as part of Relativity's hybrid work model. There may be limited travel to support field marketing events. If hired as a remote employee, you will be expected to travel to the Chicago office for team meetings 2-4 times per year. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $94,000 and $142,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
