Job Description
ECU College of Health and Human Sciences is currently seeking an Academic Partnerships and Program Student Assistant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Entering, updating, and maintaining information in university systems and tracking tools
  • Assisting with the monitoring and organization of affiliation agreements and related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of partner sites and contacts
  • Assisting with data quality and reporting
  • Supporting other administrative projects related to experiential learning, clinical/field experiences, student placements, and academic partnerships.


The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with spreadsheets and computer systems. This position provides an opportunity to gain experience in higher education administration, data management, academic partnerships, and program operations.
GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.0
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)

  • Preference for students in the College of Health and Human Sciences or related programs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other computer systems, such as Adobe
  • Ability to accurately enter and manage information
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information professionally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Previous administrative, office, data entry, or customer service experience preferred but not required
