Join EmployBridge as a Professional Recruiter specializing in Accounting & Finance talent solutions. This fully remote role focuses on recruiting accounting and finance professionals for both direct hire and high-level consulting engagements, including ERP implementations, SOX compliance initiatives, financial transformation projects, and interim leadership assignments. The ideal candidate brings staffing industry experience, strong relationship-building skills, a consultative recruiting approach, and the ability to recruit talent ranging from Senior Accountants to Controllers, Directors, and project-based consultants.
This role recruits Accounting and Finance professionals at various levels, ranging from direct hire placements to high-level interim consulting engagements. The goal of this position is to generate direct hire fees and consulting revenue through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to client companies. Professional Recruiter will follow activity and production guidelines according to pre-determined requirements.
Your Role & Responsibilities
Source, Recruit and Interview Candidates:
* Develop and implement recruiting plans to source top Accounting and Finance talent in the market.
* Recruit and place Accounting and Finance professionals including Senior Accountants, Accounting Managers, Controllers, Finance Directors, Financial Analysts, ERP Consultants, SOX Consultants, Audit Professionals, and project-based accounting and finance consultants.
* Source candidates for both direct hire and interim consulting engagements.
* Screen and interview candidates for client opportunities.
* Conduct thorough reference checks and candidate assessments.
* Manage a consistent flow of candidates to ensure production standards are being met and/or exceeded.
* Refer qualified candidates to clients for position openings.
* Build and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple accounting and finance specialties.
* Document and maintain all candidate and client information in company systems.
* Work directly with Manager to establish individual activity and result expectations.


Business Development & Client Partnership:
* Partner with existing clients to identify hiring needs and expand placement opportunities within assigned accounts.
* Develop strong relationships with finance executives, hiring managers, and key client stakeholders.
* Present accounting and finance talent and consulting solutions to support client business needs.
* Monitor client expectations and implement appropriate service levels to meet and exceed client needs.
* Establish a daily and weekly activity schedule to achieve individual production and revenue objectives.
* Identify opportunities within existing client relationships to support additional hiring and consulting needs.
* Negotiate terms and conditions based on standard operating practices.

* Work directly with Manager to establish individual activity and production standards monthly, quarterly, and annually.


Maintain Compliance with all Legal and Company Standards:
* Send resumes to clients after reviewing that submitted resumes meet company and position guidelines.
* Schedule candidate interviews and ensure all parties have the specific details.
* Follow up timely with clients on all submitted resumes and interviews, as well as regular follow-up communications.
* Remain knowledgeable and compliant with company requirements and processes.
* Possess an understanding and remain compliant with all local, state, and federal laws as they relate to recruiting and placing candidates with client companies.
* Document all information regarding candidates and client companies into company systems.


Client Retention and Evaluation:
* Remain professional at all times when representing the company or a candidate to a client company.
* Remain current with standard and general Human Resources practices.
* Coordinate and monitor direct hire placements through their guarantee period and collection of payment.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional service and long-term relationships.
* Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.


Preferred Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years related business experience in a related field.
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience recruiting and staffing Accounting and Finance positions is required.
* Experience recruiting Senior Accountants and other accounting and finance professionals is required.
* Previous staffing agency, executive search, consulting, or professional placement experience is required.
* Experience supporting both direct hire recruiting and interim consulting projects is strongly preferred.
* Experience recruiting for ERP implementations, SOX compliance initiatives, financial transformation projects, audit, accounting, or finance consulting engagements is preferred.
* Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, client relationship management, or full-desk recruiting is required.
* Demonstrated success achieving recruiting, placement, and revenue goals in a metric-driven environment.

* Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing industry and consulting recruitment environment.
* Ability to identify opportunities within existing client partnerships and deliver talent solutions accordingly.
* Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
* Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses appropriate language, style, and methods depending on audience and the purpose of communication.
* Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other technology platforms to drive effective recruiting and business decisions.
* Ability to recruit talent across direct hire, interim consulting, and project-based engagements.
