Warehouse Assembler

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and accurately measure materials.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Willingness to learn entry-level carpentry and manufacturing processes.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, construction, carpentry, truss building, or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with hand tools, power tools, or building materials is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable working in an indoor manufacturing plant environment.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

Job Duties

• Build wall panels and roof trusses in a manufacturing production environment.
• Assist with the assembly and fabrication of construction components according to specifications.
• Learn and apply entry-level carpentry skills through on-the-job training.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects from concept through final production.
• Inspect materials and finished products to help ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
