Your meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure every development milestone is met, from initial concept tracking to final sample coordination, directly contributing to the delivery of innovative and comfortable casual sleepwear to customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Provide essential day-to-day coordination support for all product development activities.
• Assist in the development and meticulous tracking of prototype products within the casual sleep category.
• Accurately enter, maintain, and update critical product information within relevant systems.
• Efficiently coordinate and track product samples throughout the entire development process.
• Monitor development timelines to ensure key milestones and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Create and update seasonal composite sheets, classification charts, and other vital product development documentation.
• Coordinate weekly updates to ensure product information is consistently accurate and communicated in a timely manner.
• Support the seamless communication of product development details across internal teams and external vendor partners.
• Assist with workflow management and proactively follow up on outstanding development needs.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of seasonal products.

• Comfortable working with product information, data, systems, and detailed documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Fashion, Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Previous product development, product design, fashion, merchandising, or related experience; recent graduates will also be considered and are encouraged to apply.
