Your position details include:

• Full-Time -Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some weekends as needed.

Your goals andobjectives include:

• Assist the Director of Business Office Services in ensuring the efficient operations of the Business Office
• Accurate, timely, and consistent performance of all functions pertaining to patient accounting (including patient account maintenance, billing, and collection management), admissions processing, and accounts receivable.
• Responsible for verifying primary and secondary insurance coverage.
• Notifies all relevant parties and explains insurance benefits.
• Meets patients to review insurance and patient responsibility.
• Manages patient accounts until fully paid.

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• Experience working as a Financial Counselor or in finance for 3-5 required, 5-8 years preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required, BS Accounting preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal educational qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel), Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, HCS, Tiger Connect, SharePoint,BlueStep, MS400, Midas, Prism, UHIN, insurance verification websites

• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen and must be 21 years of age or older
