Shift: 2nd

Pay: Prep = $18.75/hr, Cook = $21.00/hr

Hours: 12pm to 8:30pm, Mon to Fri, may work weekends

Location: 441 West Antelope Rd. White City, OR 97503

Prep II

As a Prep II team member, you will play a key role in setting up production for success by preparing ingredients and ensuring all materials are ready for processing.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Weigh, measure, and stage ingredients accurately.
  • Inspect ingredients for quality and report any issues.
  • Maintain proper labeling, storage, and inventory controls.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Operate prep equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support production goals through organization, accuracy, and teamwork.


Ideal Candidate:



  • Detail-oriented and organized.

  • Able to follow recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Committed to food safety and product quality.


Cook II

As a Cook II team member, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products by accurately preparing and cooking recipes while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and cook products according to formulations, recipes, and batch sheets.
  • Monitor cooking processes and ensure product consistency.
  • Complete production records and batch documentation accurately.
  • Verify ingredient quality and recipe compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and report equipment or process issues.
  • Maintain sanitation and food safety standards throughout the cooking process.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.


Ideal Candidate:



  • Experience with batch production or commercial cooking processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Knowledge of food safety and manufacturing standards.
