This position is primarily remote within our NC, SC, VA footprint. Although this position is primarily remote, there are monthly events and meetings that may require you to workon-site at one of our Truliant locations. As a UX Specialist, you'll help shape seamless experiences across online and mobile banking, payments, digital account opening, and other key platforms by turning member feedback and research into meaningful improvements. If you enjoy asking thoughtful questions, uncovering what creates friction, and helping teams design with real people in mind, this role offers the chance to make a visible impact on the member experience. What you'll do In this role, you'll design and improve member-focused digital experiences across Truliant's digital products. You'll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, intuitive, and impactful solutions that balance member needs with business goals. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, you'll collaborate across teams and with third-party vendors, help evaluate member-impacting issues, and bring forward current UX practices and emerging digital banking ideas that strengthen engagement and satisfaction. What you bringWe're looking for a thoughtful, creative, and analytical UX professional who can balance member needs, business goals, and technical realities. You'll be successful in this role if you're passionate about designing intuitive digital experiences, solving complex user problems, collaborating across teams, and translating insights into effective design solutions.
