BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER (STARLNK GROWTH) Starlink is a revolutionary satellite constellation, delivering low-latency broadband internet around the world - bringing an unprecedented opportunity to significantly impact communities, businesses, and governments worldwide. The North American Business Development team is seeking a Business Operations Manager to serve as a pivotal partner to help define where the team focuses and how it executes. This role owns the operational backbone of North American Business Development initiatives, while also driving foundational strategy work that shapes the team's long-term direction. It's vital that Starlink deals and partnerships be optimized for speed and for scale. This role requires deep program management and business operations expertise, comfort working with both people and data, and fluency in financial analysis, reporting, and the day-to-day mechanics that make Starlink business development initiatives run. The ideal candidate combines strong program management, business operations, and chief-of-staff capabilities with strategic rigor and long-term vision. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
