The Service Line Leader provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the Otolaryngology service line across the health system. Working in partnership with physician leadership, nursing leadership, and executive administration, this position develops and executes strategies to improve growth, patient access, quality, operational performance, financial stewardship, and patient experience across all ENT specialty programs. The Service Line Leader provides oversight of practice operations while leading long-term strategic planning, program development, market expansion, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $154,200 - $306,600 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $73.85 - $146.84 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position.
