Position summary
The ECMO Program Coordinator II supports the day-to-day ECMO operations, projects, and initiatives through project coordination, complex scheduling, meeting management, action item tracking, and stakeholder follow-up. Working closely with clinical and administrative team members, this role ensures ECMO leadership priorities remain organized, aligned, and moving forward. The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly while supporting this fast-paced, multidisciplinary program as it evolves. Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree may be preferred depending on the program. Experience: 2 years of relevant experience. Schedule: Full-time- primarily in person The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
