Strengthen Clinical Care.Elderwood is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for one of our nursing units. This is a visible, hands-on leadership position for an RN who can bring structure, accountability, sound clinical judgment, and consistent support to a nursing team. You will partner closely with the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, providers, rehabilitation professionals, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to strengthen nursing practice and resident outcomes. You will have meaningful accountability for your unit - but you will not be expected to lead without support. Facility clinical teams receive support from Elderwood Administrative Services, including organization-wide clinical leadership from the Chief Nursing Officer and an assigned Regional Nurse Consultant who serves as a resource to facility leaders.The Regional Nurse Consultant partners with the DON, ADON, Administrator, and clinical team to provide guidance, share best practices, help navigate complex challenges, and support priorities related to quality, regulatory readiness, clinical operations, and nursing leadership development.
