Coke Florida is looking for a Inventory Control Manager based out of our Tampa location. We're currently looking for 2:30am start time, working Monday - Friday.
What You Will Do:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide training, leadership and expertise to the Inventory associates supporting inventory cycle count and control in daily activities across the Coke Florida network
- Provide Inventory control training and support across the Coke Florida Network to the site Operations Management, Planning and Finance Teams.
- Lead and Manage Projects assigned by Coke Florida management and assist in site inventory management during times of transition.
- Act as the Inventory Business Analyst for all proposed IT or Process "Changes" across the Coke Florida Network.
- Conducts physical audits, at the respective facilities, of Coke Florida network distribution for compliance with operational, financial and regulatory control requirements as it pertains to inventory process adherence.
- Conducts Audit Result reviews with site management team to identify issues and opportunities to resolve process gaps.
- Provide guidance/best practices on process improvement across the Coke Florida network that drives higher inventory accuracy
- Assist in resolving complicated inventory discrepancies across the Coke Florida network. Collaborates with sites and Coke Florida finance teams to ensure GAAP compliance.
- Assist and Coordinate with the Inventory and Operations managers the monthly and yearly fiscal physical inventory audit approach, schedule and detailed activities. Consolidate results and ensure coordination with Coke Florida Finance teams.
- Develop and maintain the inventory quality dashboard and publish related reports as assigned by management.
- Create, implement and monitor inventory cycle count procedures and/or processes across the Coke Florida Network. Serve as ProMapp expert for the Inventory team while providing document management in line with Coke Florida Process
- Assist with hiring, training and development of new Inventory management and associates
- Coordinate and integrate efforts across operations areas to enhance inventory accuracy
- Follow Company policies, guidelines and work instructions.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelors degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Operation Management. The equivalent combination of education and Supply Chain experience is acceptable.
- Advanced working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Must be comfortable working with complex data.
- Ability to navigate and execute all inventory related processes, reports or inquiries within SAP and related systems
- Must be able to organize, present and sell process/business improvement recommendations to a cross-functional management team
- Crisply communicate business or process issues to all levels of management
- Ability to lead and motive fellow Inventory Team associates
- Ability to read and interpret written information
- Creative, innovative and out of the box thinking
- Working knowledge of business mathematics, spreadsheet and graphing capabilities
- Ability to sell new approaches, tools and methods
- Minimum of 3 years related experience, including Inventory Control and/or Process Role experience
- Detail oriented with analytical persistence and reasoning ability
- Professional relationships with customers
- Role does require up to 70% travel
- Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance
- Must have a driving record with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years*
- Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours
