You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the user experience and visual aesthetics of critical customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives, directly influencing how millions engage with essential health information and products.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary individual to blend creative design expertise with robust CRM execution. This role is more than just plugging content into templates; it's about owning the visual strategy and user experience of our email campaigns. You will be instrumental in building compelling CRM content using structured drag-and-drop architectures, ensuring every asset adheres to the highest email marketing best practices. This is a unique chance for a design professional with a strong understanding of CRM to contribute significantly to an upcoming enterprise-level platform migration, shaping the future of our digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities



  • Email Design Optimization: Leverage your keen design eye to review and optimize existing creative assets and campaign layouts, enhancing visual hierarchy, call-to-action placement, and overall user engagement.
  • Campaign Building: Efficiently assemble, configure, and build dynamic email campaigns within structured, templated drag-and-drop architectures.
  • Asset Creation & Manipulation: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to expertly crop, resize, slice, and visually optimize creative assets, ensuring flawless rendering across diverse devices and email clients.
  • Platform Migration Support: Actively build marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) while providing essential support for the upcoming migration to a new Enterprise Service Provider (ESP), specifically utilizing DCB components.
  • Quality Assurance & Coding: Apply foundational HTML knowledge to troubleshoot rendering issues, refine layout structures, and guarantee impeccable responsive behavior across all email platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal teams, brand stakeholders, and agency partners to ensure smooth component transitions and uphold consistent brand identity across all communications.


Required Qualifications



  • Digital & Graphic Design Foundation: A compelling portfolio showcasing a clean aesthetic, a strong grasp of typography, alignment, visual balance, and fundamental digital design principles.
  • CRM & Email Marketing Best Practices: Practical understanding of standard email layouts, rendering rules, file size optimization, and mobile-first design methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency:


    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for comprehensive asset optimization.

    • Comfort and experience working effectively within WYSIWYG / drag-and-drop builders.
    • Foundational knowledge of HTML for troubleshooting and updating email code modules.


  • Adaptability: Demonstrated comfort navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by evolving timelines, fluctuating weekly hours, and significant software platform migrations.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar enterprise-level Email Service Providers (ESPs).
