What You'll Do



  • Shape organizational understanding by collaborating with change management leads on core activities such as stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness inputs.
  • Craft a wide range of essential change communications, including dynamic emails, impactful announcements, precise talking points, comprehensive FAQs, and empowering leader toolkits.
  • Strategically tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and engagement for leaders, people managers, and all employees.
  • Drive seamless integration of communications by partnering closely with training and change leads, aligning messages with learning moments and project rollout timelines.
  • Orchestrate communication strategies by managing calendars and sequencing messages for maximum organizational impact.
  • Empower leadership through the preparation of essential cascade materials and engaging presentations that drive understanding and alignment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by tracking communication deliverables and assisting in gathering valuable feedback and engagement data to refine future strategies.


What You'll Bring



  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or project communications.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive content for both business and employee audiences.
  • Solid familiarity with fundamental change management concepts, including impact assessments, adoption strategies, and resistance management.
  • Proficiency in creating professional and engaging PowerPoint presentations, alongside expertise in various written communication formats.
  • Demonstrated comfort and adaptability when thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving organizational environments.


What Will Make You Stand Out



  • Exposure to recognized organizational change frameworks (e.g., Prosci or similar methodologies).
  • Experience actively supporting significant technology or process transformation initiatives within an organization.
