We are seeking a highly talented and proactive professional to provide essential support to senior leadership, playing a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and strategic execution. In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in enabling our leaders to focus on critical business development initiatives, directly contributing to the company's growth and success. What You'll Do



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including VPs, ensuring their operational needs are met with precision and foresight.
  • Masterfully manage complex calendars, meticulously scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments to optimize executive time.
  • Efficiently arrange domestic and international travel logistics, and process expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Plan and execute impactful team meetings and off-sites, taking charge of agenda creation, time tracking, and detailed note-taking to ensure productive outcomes.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive business information with the utmost discretion and impeccable judgment, maintaining trust and integrity.
  • Support critical employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for team members.
  • Proactively maintain office supplies and cultivate a well-organized, efficient work environment.
  • Anticipate the needs of leadership, proactively identifying and solving problems before they arise, demonstrating exceptional foresight and initiative.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse partner teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless workflows across the organization.


What You'll Bring



  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders, including VPs.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates a strong foundation for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, showcasing a self-sufficient and proactive approach.
  • Expertise in sophisticated calendar management, meticulous meeting planning, efficient travel booking, and accurate expense reporting.
  • Comfort and proficiency in collaborating effectively with diverse partner teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, utilizing these tools to maximize efficiency and productivity.

  • Experience handling highly confidential communications, showcasing your ability to manage sensitive information with the highest level of trust.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, coupled with a self-starter mentality and the ability to execute tasks with urgency and precision.
  • Demonstrated initiative and comfort with asking clarifying questions, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Previous experience within a similar industry environment, bringing valuable context and understanding to the role.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Concur, or Smartsheet.
