Description Medical Group Practices Nursing MaineHealth Primary Care & Family Medicine in Portland, ME is seeking a Registered Nruse to join our fast-paced, growing practice. Our team currently cares for 100+ patients each day, and we are continuing to expand our services and opportunities to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The RN will play an essential role in providing direct patient care, clinical triage, patient support, education, and care coordination. This position works closely with our nursing team and collaborates with providers and other members of the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This is a Monday-Friday position, with flexibility for 10-hour shifts. This opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance, with no weekend, on-call, or major holiday requirements. Summary: The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice. Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
