The Sales Commissions team serves as a strategic partner to the business by ensuring compensation programs are administered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives. The team supports a large and complex global sales organization, delivering governance, analytics, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable sellers to focus on driving growth. Through collaboration, innovation, and operational rigor, the team helps create a best-in-class seller experience while supporting the company's long-term success.
