We have an immediate opening for a Motorsport Performance Analyst who is passionate about race engineering, vehicle dynamics, and extracting performance from data. This role places you directly in the action of top-level endurance and sportscar racing, including WEC and IMSA. Our Michelin Motorsports team supports external race teams by engineering the only point of contact between the racecar and the ground. The position involves analyzing tire performance, interpreting on-track vehicle data, supporting virtual tire models, and collaborating with internal R&D teams and racing partners. This role helps turn those advantages into race-relevant insight by connecting tire behavior, vehicle response, and technical recommendations that support Michelin, our internal development teams, and our racing partners. Success requires technical judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced motorsports environments.
