You will be instrumental in defining the aesthetic and emotional landscape of their brand, with a strong emphasis on developing compelling narratives and meticulously crafting video storyboards that bring ideas to life before the camera even rolls. Your Impact

• Define the overall artistic vision, tone, and visual language for comprehensive brand campaigns and video content, setting the creative benchmark.
• Translate complex marketing goals into powerful conceptual narratives that deeply resonate with diverse target audiences.
• Create clear, dynamic, and sequential storyboards and animatics, meticulously mapping out concepts, pacing, framing, and cinematic flow to guide flawless production.
• Partner seamlessly with marketers, designers, and external production teams, ensuring a unified and consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
• Oversee and design critical visual assets, including mood boards, style frames, and campaign layouts, while guiding video production workflows from inception to completion.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven experience as an Art Director, Concept Artist, or Creative Lead, gained within a fast-paced agency or an innovative in-house brand team.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating advanced capability in visual storytelling and the ability to translate scripts and abstract ideas into actionable, compelling storyboard frames.
• Mastery of industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent software, alongside expertise in sketching and storyboarding applications.
• Exceptional presentation and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to pitch complex concepts effectively and persuasively to stakeholders and clients.
• Proficient knowledge of video editing, motion design principles, and the intricacies of post-production pipelines.
• A foundational understanding of CG production flows, having worked with and grasped its fundamental processes.
