We are seeking a highly talented individual to step into a pivotal role within a vibrant creative team. You will be instrumental in bringing diverse video projects to life, from initial concept to final delivery, making a tangible impact on how this organization connects with its audiences worldwide.

About the Role

As a key member of a collaborative creative team, you will be responsible for overseeing and producing a wide array of video projects. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director for Video, you will partner with internal creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and project requestors to deliver high-quality live-action shoots, animated marketing videos, motion graphics, and other video production initiatives. Your expertise will ensure projects are executed flawlessly, meeting both creative vision and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities



  • Oversee video projects comprehensively, from initial planning and production through post-production and final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with creative leadership, including the Associate Creative Director for Video, Director of Photography, Studio Manager, videographers, motion designers, and other creative partners, to meet production needs.
  • Coordinate and manage video shoots, ensuring alignment of schedules, stakeholders, equipment, and production requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal marketing stakeholders, creative teams, requestors, external vendors, and freelance partners.
  • Produce and oversee diverse video content, including live-action productions, interviews, social content, marketing campaigns, events, internal communications, motion graphics, and animated videos.
  • Partner with motion designers and animators to review work in progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure deliverables adhere to creative direction and brand guidelines.
  • Review in-process deliverables and provide feedback using Adobe Workfront, ensuring projects remain on track and meet quality standards.
  • Manage video assets, including media management and ingestion through Frame.io, to support efficient review and interdepartmental workflows.
  • Coordinate closely with the Studio Manager on production scheduling and project logistics.
  • Manage a high volume of video projects with strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Apply a solutions-oriented approach to identify production challenges, anticipate needs, and keep projects moving forward effectively.
  • Maintain accurate project, time, and workflow information within internal systems.
  • Support additional video production and creative operations tasks as needed.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in video production, creative production, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing video projects from pre-production through final delivery.
  • Experience coordinating live-action video shoots and collaborating with creative production teams.
  • Experience overseeing motion graphics and/or animated video projects, including providing constructive feedback to animators and motion designers.
  • Strong understanding of video production workflows, timelines, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Experience working in a corporate or in-house creative environment with multiple stakeholders and internal clients.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative and business teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Frame.io and/or similar video review and asset management platforms.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management/workflow systems.
  • Experience tracking project time and managing creative workflows.
  • Documentary, interview, or storytelling production experience.


Contract Details



  • This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend to 12 months.
  • 40 hours/week
  • 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CT
